Community Title and Escrow is moving to downtown Paragould.

Owner Van Whitten has purchased 203 S. Pruett, formerly the home of Don Perkey's Shoes.

After more than 55 years in the shoe business, Perkey retired this year.

Whitten says remodeling should be complete in 60 days.
