Chief Stovall: No fireworks allowed | News
Due to extremely dry weather conditions, the Paragould Police Department has announced fireworks are not allowed within the city limits.
According to Chief Todd Stovall, If you are caught using fireworks you may be ticketed.
The chief urges you to "think about your neighbors. The fireworks you shoot will most likely land on someone else's property, possibly out of view."
