Benefit BBQ for billiards team heading to national championships | Events

The Paragould Nine Ball APA team “Bake & Break” recently won the SEMO Recreational League Championship in Cape Girardeau.

Now they’re heading to the 2012 National Team Championships in Las Vegas.

To help them get there, a benefit bar-be-cue and silent auction will be held Sunday, July 29, at 3 p.m. at Hogan’s 412 Club in Paragould.  Proceeds will be used to cover the team’s travel expenses.

Everyone, 21 and older, is invited to attend.
