Elderly Paragould man charged with child pornography | Crime

A 78-year-old Paragould man is being held on $25,000 bond, accused of computer child pornography.

Marion County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lloyd Dunn on Monday following an undercover online investigation.

According to investigators, Dunn “made contact and engaged in sexually explicit chats” via the internet with what he thought was a 14-year-old girl.  He also reportedly sent “pornographic images” of himself to the girl. 

The girl was actually an undercover investigator with the sheriff’s department.

In addition to the pornography charge, Dunn is also charged with unlawful use of a communications device.

He is currently awaiting his first appearance in Circuit Court.
