Fundraisers planned for critically injured boy | Community Spirit
Draven “Superman” Fornash is the son of Eric and Tina Fornash of Marmaduke.
Earlier this month he was critically injured when a horse kicked him in the face.
Draven was airlifted to LeBonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis where he has undergone several surgeries and faces even more challenges.
Two fundraisers will be held this weekend to help Draven’s family during this trying time.
A benefit show will be held Friday at the Landmark Night Club, 123 E. Park St. in Paragould. Five bands are scheduled to perform from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. The cover charge is $5 at the door for those 21 and older.
On Saturday a bake sale will be held in front of the Dollar Tree store, 2501 West Kingshighway in Paragould, from 9 a.m. until the last crumb is sold.
Financial donations can also be made at Bancorp South or in the numerous canisters set up around town.
