If you’ve ever dreamed of performing on stage, here’s your chance.
The Ritz is now accepting entries for its “Support Live Music” show on Saturday, September 1.
The fundraiser provides local bands an opportunity to perform on stage with professional lighting and sound systems before a live audience.
New groups are required to provide a playable or readable copy of the material they plan to perform. No band will compensated; however, approved CDs and T-shirts may be sold in the lobby during the show.
Bands must also agree to refrain from making any malicious, degrading, racial or ethnic statements as well as any obscene comments or gestures during their performance.

“Support Live Music” will begin at 7 p.m. Saturday, September 1, at the Ritz Civic Center, 306 W. Main St. in Blytheville. Tickets are $5.
