He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an exclusive group of attorneys who have won verdicts, awards or settlements of at least one million dollars and is comprised of fewer than one percent of the attorneys in the country. His primary areas of practice include personal injury cases involving serious, catastrophic injuries or death and criminal defense cases involving serious felonies and misdemeanors. Attorney Kidd, an Army veteran and former civil engineer, joined the law firm in 2011, after getting his start in the trenches of the Pulaski County criminal courts. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. His areas of practice include criminal defense, family law, and social security disability.

Legal Fee Overview
Criminal Defense - Every case is different, and we tailor our fees to the case based on a myriad of factors, including the nature of the charge and the seriousness level of the offense, among others. Our fees are typically flat fees that cover work to defend a case through disposition at the trial level and would not include any appeal. We are upfront and forthright about our fees so that there are no surprises. Please contact us to discuss your case so that we can provide you a fee quote.
Personal Injury - We charge no consultation fee on personal injury cases, which includes auto accidents, insurance claims, medical malpractice cases and a host of other specific cases that arise out of the negligence, recklessness or intentional wrongdoing of another. We also practice no recovery/no fee, meaning we charge no fee unless and until we reach a recovery on your behalf, and then we charge only a percentage of the recovery. This is called a contingency fee arrangement, which we set forth in writing at the beginning of the case, specifying the percentage of the amount recovered we are to receive as a fee for our services.
Family Law - We charge a flat rate for uncontested actions. For contested actions, we typically charge an up-front minimum fee and retainer. This means we charge a certain minimum fee which also serves as a retainer, against which we bill at our hourly rate. We bill above this fee only if and when the time invested exhausts the retainer.
